Another baby spice!
Melanie Brown announced early Friday morning that she had welcomed her new baby with husband Stephen Belafonte – and apparently it was a laughing matter.
"Finally our baby arrives," she Tweeted. "Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!"
Later in the morning, she Tweeted at her husband, writing, "I didn't think it was possible but I love you even MORE now honey,we have a truly amazing family xxxx."
And the singer's rep confirmed the happy news – and announced the baby's gender, which Brown opted to keep under wraps throughout her pregnancy. "This evening Melanie Brown and husband Stephen Belafonte welcomed their new baby girl in Los Angeles," her rep said in a statement to PEOPLE. "This is the first child for Mel and Stephen and both mum and baby are happy, healthy and doing well."

Brown, 36, is already a mom to daughters Phoenix, 12, and Angel, 4, and film producer Belafonte, 35, is dad to daughter Giselle, 6.
And perhaps the new arrival will have a few very special playmates: Fellow Spice Girls Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton both recently welcomed children: daughter Harper, 7 weeks, and son Tate, 4 months, respectively.
Although it was her third pregnancy, Brown said it wasn't necessarily the charm. "For the first four months, I felt really sick," The X Factor: Australia judge said weeks before giving birth. "It was strange because with my last two pregnancies, I never had morning sickness, so it was a bit shocking."
Nevertheless, she focuses on what's important.
"I've always said that kids should enhance your life, not hinder your life," she said. "So I just try to make the most out of being with my kids. You have to have a life for yourself somewhere in the mix of being a wife and mum."
